Sean O'Malley
When I was in sixth grade I couldn't perform a single pull-up for a fitness test in gym class. When I told my father, he pulled out some old sand weights and we started training together. I have continued the pursuit throughout my life and have been training clients professionally since 1998. Currently I am pursuing goals in powerlifting and 5k competitions.

Over the years I have held certifications by National Academy of Sports Medicine (CPT), NASM accredited Flexibility I &II, Reebok Reactive Neuromuscular Training, Core Training, Special Populations, Post Rehab Knee, and Post Rehab Shoulder.

My wife Theresa and I have similar philosophies when it comes to training and health and I am very excited to finally have the chance to work with her. I know that together we can help anyone with any goal!

Theresa Evans-O'Malley
I'm Theresa Evans-O'Malley, the "other half" of O'Malley's Training. Wife to Sean, working mom to two great kids, IFPA Professional Figure competitor, and NASM certified personal trainer. I'd love to tell you what I do in my spare time but I dont have any :)

My philosophy is two fold. First, you are what you eat. Yes there is much involved in staying fit and healthy, but my love is nutrition! I am an avid researcher of foods and eating plans which contribute to good health. Second, I believe that being strong and fit is the gift I give to myself as it impacts everything in my life. You should feel the same way! When I am taking care of myself, I am better equipped to take care of my family!

I love helping others reach their health and fitness goals, and there is nothing else I'd rather do! My quest for training and nutrition knowledge is never ending and I want to pass on what I've learned. Whether your goal is a smaller size on the tag of your jeans or stepping onto a figure stage, I'm here to help!
